My half yearly exams are finally over. If this is how much stress I had to go through during these exams, I wonder what it'll be like for the actual HSC and trials. But I will be prepared. People always ask me what my motivation is. I guess, I just wanted to make my parents proud, I feel as though I have not given them enough to be happy about (cliche I know) and I really want to get into UTS or even UNSW. UNSW is what I really want to get in, but I honestly doubt that I can. I'm happy with just UTS if I do make it in.
As a celebration today, my sister S-eunoia took me to Cooks Hill. She's always coming home with all these new experiences of food. My mum doesn't let us out to eat often, unless we go out. But, because of the HSC I haven't been out at all lately, maybe just to the gym and back. So, when she comes home saying 'I just had the most amazing dish of food' I get quite jealous. Since, I've been complaining I have never been in my life and I would like to try it. It was my reward. Since I don't eat beef or lamb, I decided to eat battered fish. I don't really like pork, so I rarely eat that.
Cooks Hill - Battered fish (9/10)
I had a taste of my sisters chicken with mushroom sauce, but it doesn't beat this. I'm actually not a fish person, but this was so perfect.
